Operator

Your users. Our operation.

Build a product for paying customers, or a tool for your own team. We scope, build and run it with you, on Sial, inside a budget you approve. What you buy is a working operation, delivered through software, not software for you to operate. You keep the business, the brand and your customers; we keep it running and improving. Everyone is patching old operations with AI, and it does not work. We rebuild them from scratch as AI-native products, and run them.

01

Who will use it?

Customer-facing products

Software or a service your customers use and pay for. You lead the business; we build and operate the agreed product.

Examples: a paid AI application, a customer portal or a specialised digital service.

Internal team tools

An application your people use inside your company. Its value comes from better work, useful information and saved time.

Examples: a knowledge workspace, a reporting tool or a specialised team application.

Bring a defined idea, an early version or an existing application. We focus on delivering a maintained product with identifiable users, scope and a budget.

Building a product has become easy; keeping it alive in production has not. The maintenance, the incidents, the improvement your users expect next month and the competitor that moved are where products fail, and that is the part we take on. In several industries the brand does the marketing and the selling while an operator behind it runs the technology and the operations, often for several brands at once. That is the role we play for yours. Once one product runs for you, our own products plug in beside it, with no new integration.

Share in product revenue

For your customersHow the fees add up

  • SetupTo get started
  • Running costsBased on usage
  • Operations feeRecurring
  • Revenue shareAgreed product share

A scoped setup or build fee funds implementation. You pay approved hosting, LLM and other supplier costs, plus a recurring fee for the operating capacity we agree.

An agreed share of collected product revenue gives us upside as the product grows. We define its rate, scope and exclusions, including sales tax, refunds and chargebacks. The operations fee covers delivery even before the product generates revenue.

Revenue share applies to the named product, not your company's unrelated revenue. Customer-facing products without a suitable revenue base can use a fixed-fee arrangement instead.

For your team
Pay for the application

For your teamHow the fees add up

  • SetupTo get started
  • Running costsBased on usage
  • Licence & operationRecurring

A setup fee covers configuring or building the internal application. You fund approved hosting, LLM and external-service usage. A recurring application licence and operations fee covers managed use, maintenance, support and agreed human capacity.

We scope the recurring fee around the application, your team and support needs. Included capacity and additional work are defined in advance. Supplier usage is budgeted separately so changes in AI costs remain visible.

No revenue share. We review adoption, time saved, quality and reliability rather than attributing a percentage of your company's sales to an internal tool.

The licence covers the agreed application and any required operating components. It does not give access to, ownership of or a general licence to the Sial platform. If you own all application code and need no licensed components, the recurring charge is for operation and support.

04

Build, run and improve

  1. Define users and value. Choose the customer or team use case, success measures, delivery scope and commercial model.
  2. Build or onboard. Agree implementation milestones, integrations, ownership and licences.
  3. Run within a budget. Set operating permissions, support coverage, supplier spending limits and change approvals.
  4. Review and improve. Prioritise changes against product revenue or the internal application's usefulness.

Fees and scope are agreed per application. Marketing spend and specialist advice are separate unless included.

05

Ownership and licences

Customer product
You own the agreed bespoke product deliverables under the engagement's ownership terms and control its commercial direction. Third-party components retain their licences.
Internal application
The agreement identifies bespoke deliverables you own and application components you license. Managed access to licensed tools lasts for the agreed term; it is not a transfer of their source code.
Your data
Your product or team data is exportable in agreed formats, subject to user rights and applicable law. Accounts and domains stay under your control where practicable.
Our products
Our own products in your account stay ours, licensed and configured for as long as we work together; your data in them is exported when you leave.
Sial
Our operating platform, its internal apps and reusable tools stay with Orden Works. Required licences and dependencies are documented before you commit.
06

A clear route to leave

For a product you own, the agreed handover includes product code, deployment instructions, documentation and data exports. We identify anything that needs replacing outside Sial before launch.

For a licensed internal application, you can export your data and receive agreed transition documentation. Another provider may need to replace the licensed application; exporting data does not transfer Sial or its apps.

Notice, transition scope, licence termination and any post-termination payments are defined in advance. Additional migration work is quoted separately.

We work non-exclusively, and so can you. If we operate a product in your category, you will know, and nothing of yours, your data, your plans or your deliverables, is ever used for anyone else.

07

Responsibilities and spending limits

You fund approved supplier costs and arrange product-specific legal or professional advice. We are responsible for the delivery and operating duties we accept. Budgets, security, data handling, incident response and liability limits belong in the written engagement.

No fixed LLM price or commercial outcome is promised. We set the boundaries for spending, changes and escalation together.
